What do we need to regenerate ourselves? And our businesses? Pinecone Quest is a 4-month nature-based leadership experience which gathers 20 leaders fromthe nordics in a development process designed to increase your ability to foster healthy growth and regeneration in your life- and work ecology. 

The program is a combination of a grounding nature retreat and interactive transformation journey - guaranteed to leave you inspired and recharged.

Throughout the journey, we will be practicing and sharing regenerative leadership tools - from spaceholding to breath technologies, wisdom councils, process design and coaching practices. 

We come together to activate the unfolding of our individual and collective potential, using a unique combination of nature retreats, co-creation, self-development, Vision Quest, contemplation and deep rest. 

Our main design tool is called 'Empty the Backpack', invented to extract and distill existing wisdom and practice in ourselves and each other - providing you with increased clarity, power and direction.

The insights from our journey will be harvested in a shared Playbook and presentation at the end of the program - a practical manual for integration and navigation of own and your company’s challenging terrains.
