Warm welcome to an immersive experience of regenerative leadership with Pinecone Leadership at Voss Mountain Lodge, Mjølfjell from March 13–16, 2025!

We are inviting 40 selected leaders, alumni, and regenerative practitioners into the nordic mountain realms with the intention of exploring our inner summits and supporting the transition to regenerative systems-change.

This is a new approach to the traditional summit, where we focus solely on practice and deeper connection. Recalibrate your leadership compass, expand your consciousness, share experiences from your growth journeys, embody the transformation through nourishing practices, and experience the warmth and support of the nordic community.

The gathering will be facilitated by CEO Caroline Hargreaves, psychologist Anja Hallan-Wolff, and coach Eirik Skarholt (FREM/Kraftkara), with support from Thea Raudberget (Mykt Fokus), Oda E. Dahl (Opaker Gård), and Thomas Randgaard (Voss Mountain Lodge).

New Earth Leadership

If we are to harmoniously embrace the complex challenges facing our systems, we will have to bring a radically new mindset to the current field of leadership development.

At our 2025 Summit, we’re opening a nurturing space for three full days of regenerative practice.

• 3 full days in the mountains with practice and connection:

  • Professional development and new insight into a growing field

  • Council practice with insight into the state of affairs of nordic leadership

  • Morning practice, meditation

  • Tools for nervous system regulation, stress reduction and clarity.

  • Empowering breathwork sessions

  • Authentic relating with Pinecone’s reciprocity methodologies

  • Masculine/Feminine Leadership Councils

  • Guided Vision Quest, silence, and star-gazing

  • Guided rest (Yoga Nidra)

  • One day of Noble Silence

  • Nourishing meals from Roots & Moods

  • Opportunity for treatments during the event (craniosacral therapy, acupuncture, and massage. NB - must be booked in advance.)

  • Option to extend the stay at Mjølfjell for a summit hike with local guides

• Optional closing gathering in Oslo

• Free participation in PineCast, our digital campfires, before and after the gathering – featuring inspiring stories on regenerative practices and transformation from individual to system level.

• Membership in the Pinecone Community, with opportunities for integration, guidance and invitations to workshops and gatherings
