Dear Friend,
Welcome to an immersion into the spirit of breath, supported by the essence of the autumn forest.
A four day retreat for journeying and self-discovery through the practices of Breathwork and Forest Bathing, brought to life by a colourful palette of yoga, song, journaling, sharing circles, cacao + fire ceremony, and nourishing food.
Our gathering aims to harness the power of the elements and let them soften stagnated patterns of thought and action. Rest and revive in a council of fellows, while sharing the rhythms of the day as a family. A sacred and safe space for practicing self-love and a more natural way of being.
The program is tailored to suit seekers of all paths. The practices shared are designed open for rest, flow and clarity - venturing into the authentic meadows of mind, body and soul. A rare invitation to quiet down and let the wholeness of nature and the intelligence of the breath ignite a deeper sense of presence from which we can be held in the sacred now and sow our seeds for an everyday spent in harmony and balance.

About Breathwork
Breathwork is a practice where through conscious breathing we increase the body's ability to circulate energy, life force. As breath is intimately connected to awareness and vitality, the results are expanded states of being that dissolve physical and energetic blockages, re-articulate the energy body, purge and rebalance mental and emotional disturbances and vitalize the whole being - leading to a deeper understanding of yourself and your place in the universe.
About Forest Bathing
Forest bathing is a gentle, mindful immersion in nature, where you are subtly guided through a series of sensory invitations enabling you to connect to the present moment your inner self and your natural surroundings. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, this is a powerful way to relax, unwind and integrate 〜 allowing your sense of curiosity, awe and wonder to re-ignite, while your brain and nervous system calms and restores.
