The exhibition Source ‘R Us is a tribute to the sparkling light of the divine child; a result of the union of the masculine and feminine principles inside us. To our family, to our friends, to artistic rebellion and poetic wordplay. To letting go of expectations. To the unfolding of the world we want to live in - through each stroke of the brush and each act of compassionate co-creation. To innocent play and deep remembrance. And most of all a visual and sensory celebration of unconditional love, seen through the eyes and hands of the childlike soul.
We come together to evoke balance between primal wildness and healthy boundaries, the nourishing of our community with soft vulnerability over forced pressure, and to be seen in wholeness - honoring the individual and collective quest of doing the best we can with what we have. For after all, we all come from the same Source.

Thomas Hargreaves
Thomas is an artist from Oslo who through the medium of painting attempts to step outside of his self-identifications in order to express the inexpressible and be a clear channel for the infinite creative stream. In turn this process paradoxically allows him to further know his Self. Thomas has previously presented his works at the separate exhibitions The Dark Side of Enlightenment, The Great Mystery and Enter Aquarius.

Yasmin Avalo
Yasmin is an explorer of consciousness and art. She was born in Norway but has grown up in the Canary Islands, Spain. She has moved and travelled a lot around the globe. Learning and seeing the diversity, the extremes, the colours of life and death she has connected to a need to express her senses. She leaves messages with her art, insights she experience for herself and for those that resonate with it. She loves the creative process, the freedom of expressing oneself openly, the play with tools, techniques, people, music. Art opens her heart, leading her deeper into consciousness and her Self. This way she sees it all, as art. For her it is a gift to be able to express what she learns and by this, connect with the world.

Caroline Hargreaves
Caroline's art dives deep into the journey of becoming our authentic selves.. Her art draws on ethereal wisdom traditions from east to west, and seeks to infuse our growing biosphere consciousness with realizations about the immense potential and timeless essence of humanity itself. She is inspired by the language of light and the flourishing of our earthly experience. In this exhibition she has collected and captured a few dewdrops of Source, reflecting on natural peace, divine play, and the mystical realms of the One Heart. The illustrations are based on actual sights from her own journeys in the bio-luminescent waters and forests of mind, body and soul.

Mats Onsum
In 2011, Mats went through a drastic change in perception and approach to life; from a surface scratching lifestyle, with an underlying longing for depth and truth, to a life revolving mainly around the exploration of spirituality and aliveness through a wide range of practices. A journey back to the magical world he experienced as a child, with a newfound sense of wonder. This shift is now channeled through multiple creative outlets, like poetry and music, and Mats is currently working on two main projects in different languages. The Norwegian project, «Moqi», serves as a bridge between the Norwegian rap/hip hop-scene and the yoga world. The English project, «Sustain the Organism», is his first attempt at conveying the same messages and insights to an international audience. In this exhibition, Mats will present selected works from both projects.
